Yes, the magnum is actually weaker, BUT remember - the Albert is stronger with ENHANCED HANDGUN AMMO. with the normal handgun ammo, it's only stronger than the other handguns by a little bit. Yeah, it is very stressful to go for 5 minute speedrun, I really loved this DLC, I wish they made more tracks, maybe one for the marge house, or one in the ship but the same Ethan Must Die style. 30 minutes is good enough! This is torture to speedrun.

@loansharkjoe6687 I played RE0 a while back but the Bat boss was really annoying on Normal, so I went through and played the game in Easy because I didn't want to spoil the story by looking up boss tips. So when I went back through with my "Normal playthrough" I just looked up a guide and this one looked good and it was very helpful. Then I revisited the video again for my Hard Playthrough and beat it and was able to properly prepare. It's a great video and I love it. ESPECIALLY THE BAT ONE.

@@loansharkjoe6687 RE0 is really fun though, I love Resident Evil but after I played it on Easy I had to take a break because the amount of backtracking you have to do when you've never played it is insane. I had to go all the way back through the Mansion for the Grapple Gun and then I couldn't for the life of me find the Green Gas container and I went all the way back for that in the Med Bay, then backtracked for health in the great hall 😭 Now that I know how to play it it's one of my favorites but my Easy Playthrough i would say was harder than my Hard because I didn't know what to do.

@@KenDendell The bat boss was a massive problem, yes. It was just disgusting, you aim, but you won't lock onto the big bat, sometimes you'll lock onto one of the many little bats, and for speedrunning this was insane, you had to land 5 shots to end the fight, there's a trick to make the fight really quick, but otherwise it will be very long and you'll take damage. very nerve wracking, some of it is luck based too. other than that, and a few other things, I really enjoyed this game. Thanks for sharing with me how you founnd my video, I had some good fun making it, I just wished it got more popoular because I really like making unique videos and it's the unique videos on my channel that got massive views.

@@KenDendell i can relate! the inventory was really stressful, I also didn't like the mansion bit, thought it was too puzzely, i actually had to look up warlkthroughs in order to finish the game, whatever I was doing just didn't feel right, didn't know what to give billy and what not to give billy and rebecca and vice versa hahaha

@@capteye6774 Hello! I'm so glad you brought this up, in 2021-2023 I was the only person who played this game mode as a speedrun, alongside like 1 or 2 people. YES, sometimes there will be an extra molded that is JUST THERE when you reach this place. It's very annoying. When that happens I just restart, but SOMETIMES he will be there, but unable to hurt you. Glad you brought this up, you're the first person EVER to mention it in my youtube comments, how did you find my video? I really want to know because my channel is really bad now and my videos don't get big views anymore even though this is the most unique re7 speedrun when it came out and very rare gameplay. Personally I think it deserves way more views than some of the other re7 videos that aren't that impressive.

Yes my video is very unique, I like putting text commentary in this so people know how to speedrun it and what tactics you do. and all of the music and edits too. for me, getting the albert is so rare, as you can understand in the intro, and I find it very stressful to lower my time because everything has to be super lucky and perfect. Yes, i had lots of fun making my other 6 minute video as well. It's a pitty my slowest EMD speedrun got the most views, and this one doesn't get shownt to people on yotuube despite being one of the most unique and impressive RE7 speedrun ever

First of all, please let me know how you found my video, I love reading comments and I remember that this video meant a lot to me, it's a very difficult game to speedrun and I love knowing how people find my videos because my channel is really rubbish now and new videos don't get shown anymore. Yes, it is acceptable to send a phone recording IF YOU REALLY WANT TO, someone did that a few years ago and the footage was choppy but it still got accepted. Also, as a side note, I don't really speedrun games anymore, it's something I don't really like doing, but I have love for Saw and some other things, so you may see my name on the leaderboards but I don't do anything on speedrun.com anymore. I really loved editing this and making it all in time with the music and showing the subtitiles so that people understand what is going on. Thanks for your comment. Even though this video is old, I still love reading feeback accross all videos on my channel, old or not. Honestly, I do not like speedrunning and think it's a bad things to do, but i did find the speedrun.com site a big joke when games that aren't so popular had some moderators that are just moderators just because they wanted to be proud that they are in charge of a really stupid game's speedrun leaderboard. Something to me which attracts only a tiny amount of people in the world. Anyways, I can see why they are annoyed but i'm glad my video got popular because I opened people's minds about how stupid these leaderboards can be (obviously not all leaderboards) The "we do this in our spare time" isn't really an excuse for me, because it goes to show that you want to be a moderator, but you're also saying that you do it in your spare time so it's not really professional, it's just a hobby thing you do. Nothing has changed, i don't like speedrunning and i am banned but I don't care, i'm not proud of doing speedruns, so it doesn't bother me. in my response videos i was showing some behaviours that showed that I did care but that was because I thought the lifetime ban was wrong and that I believed that the fake ass run being accepted is MUCH more embarassing and stupid than me faking a speedrun. Either way, I'm glad this video got popular, I watch it with some good memories because to me it means a lot, i remember writing the script on paper back then and i had some fun with it and loved reading the comments, was very cool to me hahah

My channel is doing poorly and my videos don't really get seen anymore, but I love reading comments that come in any of my videos. Gen 1 pokemon look very good, after about 649 pokemon (gen 5) they just ran out of ideas and put stupid ones. I started to notice dumb ideas when playing black and white. I stopped playing a very long time ago so I'm not familiar with the ones after like 2012. If you want to see any exeggutor video, I made one in this year, showing about 6 battles with text commentary, This video is a bit outdated and not as well made. Thanks so much for watching my video

@loansharkjoe6687 like I said I understand about nostalgia, but you should be more open to newer Pokémon designs, just because you saw Ice table (Avalugg) doesn't mean all designs are bad in newer games and they are running out of ideas. We just got a Pepper Pokémon that is Grass/Fire and it makes total sense because it's pepper and it looks pretty impressive. The new pseudo legendary is an Ice/Dragon type with a really cool ability. There are obviously going to be dumb or dull designs in every generation including the older ones, heck some people hate the Gen 4 evos. About the video, it's interesting and it's cool you are giving Exeggutor a showcase despite it's flaws, might look into to other mons you have looked at.

@@Smart1529 I didn't think that ALL designs are bad, I just thought that after 649 pokemon by the time black and white came out, the design creativity started to decline, that was my observation, sorry, I should've made it more clear. Not just designs but the game in general became more advanced with super evolutions and it's just personal opinion - I don't really like the way the new pokemon games are. I'm glad I stopped after black and white, i did like black and white A LOT, but not as much as gen 4. Thought it was an amazing DS game because it was the first to have really good animations for every single pokemon (the newer ones even have basic animations), the visuals for black and white was a really big step up from it's previous, diamond and pearl. And I really liked the DS Lite and still play on it from time to time. Thanks, I made one more video about this tactic but with more battles and much, much better footage.

@@loansharkjoe6687 okay, i get the whole gimmicks in these newer games not being everyone's cup of tea. Im not a fan of Z moves, they take too long and the novelty wore off quick, Dynamax in Sword and Shield sucks in Singles however in Doubles it adds a whole lot of depth, I was shocked to see Rhyperior good in Gen 8 doubles. Megas is a mixed bag due to overrated Pokémon like Charizard getting 2 and Scizor, Salamence and Garchomp getting them. Gen 9 gimmick is probably the most fair and balanced one. Yes you cannot play old school Pokémon anymore which does suck but I guess we got moves on. GF is really concerned about the young ones. I think you are missing out on Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire though. Overall, I just think it's unfair that you are shutting down newer games because you don't like the newer Pokémon for most part due to their designs when even Gen 5 had a hard time winning players over. You will be surprised about Mimikyu, Dracapult and others. What if I told you Pelipper and Torkoal are now good Pokémon. Don't get me wrong, I love the older games too but those games are also flawed, I can't go back to Gen 2 anymore, it's difficult for me to go back to Gen 4 due to how slow the games on. Gen 5 is great but even Gen 5 has problems like locking older Pokémon away until post game in B1/W1. And Ice cream cones, gears and garbage bags are not the best designs creativity. Also It took me awhile to accept and appreciate Fairy types now due to the changes. Im not the biggest fan that Dragon is the best type in that game.

Yeah, the speedrun for this game is mental torture, it was really, REALLY difficult because too much luck based factors and dumb glitches to just rely on. There aren't many speedruns of this game but I love being unique and making content that isn't so common, I really enjoyed this game a lot, means a lot to me.

Might've been all 3, no idea 2. I remember the game bugging on me once or twice so I'm not surprised the speedrun is so weird to actually complete. I knew that the game wasn't all that great, but for whatever reason I really enjoyed it too, but it might be more because I really like the first few Saw movies. I just watched Jigsaw 2017, was a bit dissapointed, I loved the idea of a Saw 0 (how do you write that in roman numerals haha) but the story wasn't so good and it's a shame all the saw films after 2 are rated very low. Thanks for being my subscriber. the game will bug you, yes, it's poorly made and has bugs in every level somewhere, you can rub along a table or something and you will teleport upwards, this is a speedrun trick used in some levels but it's exhausting to get the trick done fast because it's luck based. Me too, I loved the first 3 saw films, seen them many times and thought they were excellent films, the game had that same level of excitement, i loved every level and the plot twist and cinematography, thought it was a really good game. Thanks, I aim to just upload unique content and just try to have fun with it, i'm not enjoying making youtube videos anymore and I had some great times where I would get a million views in just over a week, I think those days are all over for me now.

I only played re1 remake once, I didn't like it as much as I thought i would. Found it too complex and really puzzely. There's something about RE1 that was pretty special. i can't really remember the barry magnum thing. I'm not sure how i feel about critial hit headshots, at the same time i don't like the shooting from re1 remake it's so clunky and i honestly didn't enjoy the game that much, played it once and never again, found it too difficult, very confusing too. maybe I'll like it if i were to try it again. Yes I don't really like it when the remake makes everything DARKER, re1 mansion had lights on and it was really nice but the remakes like having things almost pitch black. I am nuts about re4 remake, before that, I wasn't looking forward to remakes at all, i got frustrated with them, especially after re2 and re3 remake, but 4 was made very well. @@loansharkjoe6687 I spotted a video of yours titled 'removed RE2 remake enemies' or to that effect, which compelled me to scour your channel further. The effort paid off, this video is well crafted. However due to the overwhelming positive reception and reviews 2remake received, a video actively calling out the flaws in the game will find it hard to gain traction. This video will only attract those who hold unfavourable opinions (minority) or general RE fanatics (like me!), infact I'm between both camps. RE1 remake only offered 1 choice, which is in the underground caverns. You encounter Barry and you have the choice to hand his magnum back or not. If you select no, Lisa Trevor kills him off. Sadly ALL other decisions presented in the original was outright removed. And this fact is never mentioned. Yes the combat in 1remake is slow and tedious. The overall flow with gameplay and pacing is wonky for me. The original captures an arcadey style which is difficult to replicate. The remake leaned too much into generic spooks and darkness, RE1 classic was never that, it captured a unique sense of horror. RE4 remake is my personal favourite of the series, I've been with the franchise since 2001 when I picked up RE3 nemesis. Then followed RE2 shortly after, then RE4 and so forth. RE4 remake hit all the right notes for me, retained much of the OG while remixing the content in a pleasant way. To me it's the pinnacle of the series and relatively flawless. Please do continue to create content. Maybe a late review of 4? Personal rankings of the series? Ect.. spitballing ideas. But more videos would be welcome. Oh I watch each video in it's entirety including this.

@@mrpussinboots4252 this is really good to read, thanks so much. you're talking about my "Why Resident Evil 2 Remake is SO EASY," right? but that's unfortante isn't it? the game really was loved but lots but people don't understand that it has A LOT of flaws and i thought a unique video like this would be interesting to people. Plus it's just my videos that never get recommended anymore, even though i have some unique videos. like my RE7 ethan must die world record video, with overlay editing and animations, you'll never see a more impressive re7 speedrun video. that is pretty weird, I didn't remember that in re1 remake, but it's also a bit interesting because the choice just seemed a bit silly, who wouldn't hand the magum back, right? haha i'm so glad you say that, i love re4 remake too and i plan on making videos on it in the future, plus a no glitches speedrun challenges. it's probably the best remake i've ever played. I thought about doing that, but i'm not sure about a late review of 4 because review videos seem to be too popular and i would love to be as unique and as outside of the box as possible. you're such a great person for watching my video, i apprecaite it very much. ALSO i haven't seen this video in a while, so thanks for reminding me, I watched a bit of it and really enjoyed my own video hahah, the editing and the showcase of rubbish cheap exploits in 3rd person bit with the music at 30:33 i also learned that song on piano!

@@Kincott go for it! theres something really addictive about it, but when you get a time like mine, then you'll need to cope with too much luck based things and enemies to hopefully not kill you as soon as you dodge them, because that happens a lot in this game. it's so frustrating. You can get an excellent attempt and make it far enough to the albert where it actually spawned after 30 times of trying, but then that's where the anxiety kicks in because after 30 attempts and failing in the kitchen, or dining room means it'll take 50 more attmpts to even get a gameplay good enough to not reset really early into the speedrun.

I'm really upset that this is the one that gets recommended, but the other 2 faster ones don't and i put amazing video editing on those with music. from what I understand, this is the same as Madhouse difficulty, the Head is actually her weak spot, you should aim for the head. fortunately, when you enter the fight, you just have her head to aim at and when you see her again in the hole in the wall you should get her head again so you're going to be getting the max damage easily.

@@monkey75499 yeah, to beat my time you must ignore certain boxes. There's also places that almost always get you into danger health if you go for a box you will just get attacked from behind. For example the one at 1:19 even if you turn around as fast as you can it's very often that you'll just get hit.

Yeah, at the time that level was just SO stressful to play and i relied on luck because you just hope you shoot the switch at 3:13, if you don't (which happens a lot) then you just reset the game. it was terrible stress. I came up with the strategy you see when the level starts.

Your're right, the B scenarios weren't that interesting to play. I remember being more excited and eager to finish them in the original game. I really wanted to express the remake's downsides, it seems that no one really knows about them but given it's the first remake after so long, and the graphics are really good, it kind of drowns the really rubbish parts about the game and i wish more people understood!

@@loansharkjoe6687 I just played through the Seamless HD Projects of Resident Evil 1, 2 and 3 so the scenarios are as fresh in my mind. I decided to play the Remakes again and that's when my disappointment kicked in as I realised how poorly the B scenarios were done in the remake. I played RE2 in 1998 when I was 11, one of my favourite games of all time. I found your video when searching about the B scenarios and came across your video along with others voicing legit issues with the lack of B scenario content. My channel is the same low interactions but that's because I swear and am based, I get no views then a RE3 HD playthrough suddenly gets 2k views in a couple days lol. I'm just a hobby channel though so It's just for fun. Good video agreed with your points.

@@NBKRebelGamer87 re2 1998 was a really big game for me as well. I was really impressed and thought it was a really good and interesting game, you just want to keep going and going. With the remake, I felt not that enthusiastic and the excitement wasn't that good after the police station for me. Yeah, i'm surprised you found my video, I make a lot of unique content and stuff that no one can really do (in the world) like my resident evil 7 ethan must die speedrun video which was probably the most rare thing in RE7 (and my video editing was amazing) Me too, I do it for fun but the fun isn't that good anymore because things have changed and my opnions have too, so I really try to upload things that are unique and something only I can do so i can stand out.

The extent of my editing is overlays and cutting/gluing video and audio together at the most basic level in Openshot video editor LMAO! I watched a few Ethan Must Die videos impressive, I 've not got the patience for tedious crazy speedruns I just do fun relaxed infinite ammo ones, no world record stuff for me lol. I mostly just record my 1st playthroughs of games, it's basically an archive really. Keep it up man, it's not bad being a niche channel just make the videos YOU want dude.

You know, I actually don't like Mortal Kombat AT ALL. But, I first Saw gameplay of 2 and was quite impressed and thought the music and sound was really scary. the Deadpool map was really interesting to me and I just thought 2 was a unique arcade game. Many years later I bought mortal kombat XL, only because Alien, Predator and Leatherface, but I hated it. the thought of memorising combos just wans't for me at all. I hated the gameplay so much. Then I bought Mortal Kombat 11, Because I thought Robocop and Rambo and Terminator AND JOKER was so cool and a good selling point. But still, i HATED learning combos, I learned 2 and that was it for me, I had no enjoyment at all spamming the same combos over and over. mortal komabt 11 was MUCH better than X, I liked the slower movement and the meters, XL was a bad game to me

Hey! Thanks for watching my video. I'd like to ask please - How did you find this? It's been a very very long time since someone left a comment on this, and i really do remember 7 years ago when I made this and how exhausting it was. I really hoped it would get more views because this was an extremely difficult world reocrd and the guy before me had so many views on his video. Well, i hope you have some fun with it. I came up with the strategies in this video and looking back at it brings back some memories of being very frustrated. It's so difficult to perform.

@@loansharkjoe6687 Actually i was searching for someone who had the WR on Gauntlet, the best one from the community was Silvertwist2000 with a 1:55 i guess, i was currently trying to get through the moving walls like TAS did years ago, but it's really difficult to perform, for now I'll just try to make my best and then do some attempts to match the TAS run. And yeah Gauntlet has some hard sections but that run was impressive 👏

@@monkey75499 i think I was trying to just wait a bit becuase I wanted to just shoot as much as possible but the fire rate is really bad, and I was hoping to time it so a shot would happen as he takes his first step towards me and hopefully him to stumble. It's not good if you shoot at him but he's still walking as if he didn't get shot at If you leave it late you can get unlucky and shoot, and then the next time you're able to shoot, he might be able to attack you. But you're right honestly, i should've just kept shooting at him when he's on the ground.

@@monkey75499 it's not as entertaining as it sounds, trust me. The most interesting idea i could think about was my "no moving" on night terror but that is really, really luck based and exhausting to do. I don't know if you've seen my no moving challenge on nightmare.
